Early morning wake-up call followed by a guided tour of South Goa's top tourist destinations, including the Pillar Monastery, Margao City, Colva Beach, Vasco City, and Mormugao Harbour. We travel to Periyar, a place of untamed wildlife and wilderness, after breakfast. These plains are home to India's top wildlife reserve, where tigers, elephants, and rare birds can be easily seen. We leave early for a boat excursion on Lake Periyar and then proceed directly to Kumarakom, which is home to spectacular bird sanctuaries and rubber plantations. We drive for four hours away from the picturesque Lake Vembanad. When you arrive in Kumarakom, accommodation will be provided at a resort beside a backwater. In the backwater, unwind.
