While travelling, make a pit stop at Sikandra, the mausoleum of the Great Mughal king Akbar, one of the Mughals' best creations. Check into a pre-arranged hotel as soon as you arrive in Agra. After taking a little break, go on a sightseeing tour of Agra. Go to the Taj Mahal first. Next, go to Itimad-Ud-Daulah's tomb and the magnificent Agra Fort. Finally, take advantage of evening shopping to browse local markets and purchase for crafts and gifts. After your tour of Agra, return to your hotel for dinner and a peaceful night's sleep.
